NetRate Mortgage may put information from email on file but does not currently share, sell, license, or transmit this information with third parties without express authorization from you.

How We Use Gathered Information

Anonymous Information is used internally for Site administration, troubleshooting, and to help improve the quality of the web pages. We may share such aggregated, non-personally identifiable information, such as demographics, with existing and prospective business partners. We never connect aggregate information with Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by NetRate Mortgage may be used for purposes including administration of the Site, lead processing, and communications with you. Text Messaging (SMS) and Phone Communications

We may collect your mobile phone number and other contact details when you:

Submit a request for a quote or loan information on our Site;
Use a partner form or hosted quote tool that collects information on our behalf; or
Otherwise opt in to receive text messages or phone calls from us.

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form that states you agree to receive text messages), you consent to receive text messages and/or calls from NetRate Mortgage LLC regarding:

Your mortgage inquiry or application;
Rate quotes, loan status updates, and document reminders;
General account or service notifications; and
Occasional marketing communications about our products and services.

Message Frequency and Charges. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us and the status of your loan or inquiry. Message & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out of SMS. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing messages when permitted by law, such as important service or transaction notices related to an existing account or loan.

Consent Not Required for Credit. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of credit, loan approval, or the purchase of any product or service. If you prefer not to receive texts, you may contact us by phone or email instead.

How We Share SMS Data. We may share your mobile number and limited related information with third-party service providers that help us deliver text messages and manage communications (for example, our phone/SMS platform providers, CRM providers, or technology partners). These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us and are not allowed to sell your data or use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your mobile number to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You will be given the right to opt-out of receiving information whenever you are asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information on this Site.
